About This Spot

Stepping into Alfy's Pizza in Monroe feels like entering a familiar neighborhood retreat where the clatter of plates and the hum of conversation create an inviting backdrop. The space carries a relaxed, approachable charm—booths and tables arranged thoughtfully beneath warm lighting, with TVs positioned so you never miss a moment of the local game or a favorite show. The pace is casual, welcoming diners to settle in for a meal that’s as much about comfort as it is about flavor.

This is a spot where wood-fired aromas mingle with the warmth of shared moments, whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or settling in for a family gathering. The kitchen’s craft shines quietly through familiar favorites with a twist—the kind of pizzas that coax your thoughts away from the busy outside world, each slice offering a layered experience of textures and tastes. Cheese-studded garlic sticks, a colorful salad bar, and inventive pizzas with names as playful as their toppings invite exploration without fuss.

Alfy’s feels lived-in and honest, echoing the rhythms of the community it serves—a place where locals know that a booth in the corner is a good spot to savor a slice or enjoy a casual chat over a soda. The welcoming hum, the careful balance of kid-friendly energy and adult downtime, make it a gathering place that wears its character openly, not polished but comfortably real.

Whether popping in for the hearty warmth of a grinder or lingering over a pie with friends, the atmosphere encourages slowing down just enough to appreciate the simple joy of good company and good food, without the pressure of formality. For many who come and go, it’s less about the destination and more about the moments that unfold between the first bite and the last laugh.

Pizza was good. Salad bar was clean. Prices were great at lunch time. We are from out of town and the same quality pizza would probably cost us double down south. The older gentleman working was either having a bad day or hates his job. Pretty rude guy. Everyone else was nice.

Just had a birthday party here with probably 35 people. Rented out the private room in back. The old bald guy kept yelling at us that the kids are being too loud, and that even though we bought 35 soda cups the children were using the wrong cups to get their Fountain beverages. We were told to be quiet multiple times. I get it, kids are loud at birthday parties, but it's a pizzeria with video games. Anyways the service and pizza were great just the old bald guy yelling at us sucked. Really soured the whole experience, and we'll think twice about going back. Note to the old bald guy. If people are loud they're having fun and it's a place that people want to be and they'll spend more money and you'll make more money. Don't be such a curmudgeon.

Love Alfys. I used to work at the 1 in Lake Stevens, years ago. Miss it. The Alfys in Monroe, had pizza, just like I remember. Thank u to the person behind the pizza that night, I didn't share a single bite. If your in Monroe, eat at Alfys. You ll be happy you did.....

Great pizza parlour with a great atmosphere. Booths and tables with a nice color scheme. TV’s are watchable from every angle. Food is great. Prices are reasonable. $15 for a medium taco pizza, and $9 for unlimited salad bar for lunch. Free refills on soda products about $3.

When I walked into the Monroe Alfy's they didn't have a line when I came in. Just one person being helped in front of me. The crew was nice, efficient and placed my order with ease. As you can see by the pictures the pizza and the cheese sticks looked delicious. Hot out of the oven and made it home still piping hot.
